Dear Sir or Madam,

In connection with the upcoming changes in the personal data protection law, UMO SP. Z O.O. observing the utmost care in meeting the legal requirements, kindly informs that:
“The administrator of your personal data is  UMO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zielonka (05-220) at ul. Sienkiewicza 61 (further on UMO) . UMO processes your personal data in terms of name and surname, telephone number and e-mail address. Personal data has been provided voluntarily by you during previous cooperation or has been collected from publicly available sources.

For what purpose and on what basis we process your data?

Your personal data will be processed for UMO marketing purposes. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes is art. 6, paragraph 1, point f) GDPR,  i.e. the legitimate interest of UMO which is the transmission of marketing information about UMO services, including invitations to industry conferences. UMO will transfer your personal data to other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf of and for  UMO. In addition, UMO will share your personal data with other recipients, if such an obligation will result from legal regulations. Your data may be transferred to third countries and international organizations insofar as entities established in these countries adequately protect personal data.

How long will we continue to process your data?Your personal data will be processed until you raise an objection by sending an  email to: rodo@umo.pl

What rights do you have?You have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive copies of personal data being processed;
  • correct any incorrect data;
  • request that your data be deleted (the right to be forgotten) in the case of circumstances provided in art. 17 GDPR;
  • request to limit data processing in cases specified in art. 18 GDPR;
  • object to data processing in the cases specified in art. 21 GDPR;
  • transfer supplied data, processed in an automated manner;

If you feel that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint to the supervisory body (UODO, 2 Stawki Street, Warsaw).
